Hi my Stampin’ Friends,

my video tutorial today shows how I made this pretty decorated Box to hold Speciality Tea.  I designed it as a lovely decorative feature in the office where I work, as I always find that handmade boxes draw everyone’s attention when they visit me.

I love the Daisy Punch featured on Page 211 of the Main Stampin’ Up Catalogue.  You can create lots of different flowers with it, just by adding several lowers and curling them up or down to create different “styles”.  From daisies to water lilies and even cactus.  Its so quick and easy to punch out lots of layers too.

I decorated the box with the Share What you Love Speciality DSP using a piece of Old Olive Cardstock to create the Box.  It is made all in one so there is no separate lid to make too, so this definitely saves time.  I have sealed the base of the box so it is not a “fold flat box” but this means that the base is more sturdy.  I am absolutely sure that you could fit a large round candle in this box, if you wanted to, as it is that sturdy.

The attached video shows how I used a piece of Tranquil Tide Cardstock and the same DSP.  I have added a finger pull using the 3/4″ punch to make it easy for you to open the lid.

All measurements for my design have been given in the attached video so I hope you will be inspired to make your own box too.

I love to hear from you and if you make it too I would love to see pictures of them.

Happy Crafting WITH LOVE from SANDRA xx
