Easter Gift Box and Keepsake with beautiful Belly Band using Hold on to Hope Stamp Set

Hi my Stampin Friends,

today’s easter project is just to sweet and uses such a wonderful Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up called “Hold on to Hope”. This set is in the main Annual Stampin’ Up Catalogue and can be purchased with matching Cross of Hope Framelits Dies. Together these make a wonderful co-ordinating set that you will use year after year. I used these last year too and created some wonderful projects with them that I still have even today, although it has to be said I did give most of them away as gifts.

I made my deep little box to hold two Cadbury’s Caramel/ Oreo eggs along with a keepsake which make lovely gifts for Easter Sunday, either as a table decoration or to give to friends.

I have also made one of these boxes with a normal lid closure so if you want to make either of them, you have a choice. I love both designs and love the Coastal Cabana with the Lemon Lime Twist, great colours for Spring.

The Gift Box is reinforced to make it good and sturdy, with a sturdy belly band made from Coastal Cabana Cardstock and decorated with the FREE Sale-a-Bration Designer Papers called “Painted Seasons”. You can earn these for FREE with an order of £45 (50 US Dollars).

Just make sure that when you add the belly band to the outside of the Gift Box that you don’t glue it too tight so you can’t pull out the Box.
