You might remember that I recently posted this pull out tab card on my website and I have posted it below again in case you missed it the first time around. I have had several requests to make a video to show how this mechanism works. So here is the video but today I am making it with the NEW BRIGHTLY GLEAMING SPECIALITY DESIGNER PAPERS by Stampin’ Up! I have a very quirky pull out tab card which I have seen many crafters make on YouTube, one being my favourite friend Gaynor Boyce. This card is much easier to make than it looks.
I have used the new Stitched Nested Labels Dies/or square layering dies (or just cut a piece of cardstock to measure 2 5/8 x 2 5/8″ (8.6 x 8.6 cm) and Delightful Tag Topper Punch to create mine. The photo below shows what is inside when the tag is pulled out sideways:
The Garden Lane Designer Series Papers/Brightly Gleaming Speciality DSP were used to decorate along with the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set, one of my favourites.

Measurements
Card stock cut at 8 1/4 x 5 7/8″ – scored at 4 1/8″ and folded in half
Layers for the Front
Whisper White Card 3 7/8 x 5 5/8″ (glue down first to the front of the card base)
Designer Series Paper 3 3/4 x 5 1/2″
Whisper White THICK Card stock cut at 3 1/2 x 5 1/4″ (glue this piece to the back of the DSP)
Punch a hole into the middle of the Designer Series Paper using the Classic Label Punch
Mechanism
Card stock cut at 6 1/4 x 2″ – score on the long side at 2 and 2 3/8″ (use the Decorative Label Punch and punch the end). Fold the shorter end to the front and burnish the two score lines towards you. Add your red line tape to this two ends as described in the attached video.
Inside of the Card
Whisper White cut at 3 7/8 x 5 5/8″
Garden Lane Designer Series Paper cut at 3 7/8 x 1/2″ (glue to top and bottom)
