Perennial Essence DSP and Delicate Lace Edgelits

Hi my Stampin’ Friends,

today I wanted to celebrate the Lovely as a Tree Stamp Set which sadly retired on the 3rd June this year.  It has been with us for so long and has always been very popular.

Today I have used Balmy Blue Card stock for the base of my card and used one of the edgelits from Delicate Lace to decorate the bottom, adding some Mossy Meadow ribbon.  I have used the beautiful Perennial Essence Designer Papers to decorate and my goodness these really are so gorgeous.

They are in the style of Monet and did you know that these patterns have all been hand painted!  What a treat they are to use and encompass the following Stampin’ Up colour palette of Balmy Blue, Blackberry Bliss, Blueberry Bushel, Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, Flirty Flamingo, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Petal Pink, So Saffron and White.  So lots of colours to choose from.

I added a piece of Whisper White across the designer paper and stamped my trees.  There is of course the Stamp Set called Rooted in Nature and Winter Woods which all have tree images included in them and this is probably the reason that Lovely as a Tree was retired, but hey, we do still have lots of choose.

The Rooted in Nature and Winter Woods also include sentiments, an added bonus that I love.

Perhaps you will want to create this card too using these wonderful Stampin’ Up products.

Thanks for stopping by today and have a wonderful day.

Happy Crafting WITH LOVE from SANDRA xx
