Hi my Stampin’ Friends,

I am delighted to share my project with you today that makes these easy sour cream style treat pouches. They are completely adorable and made with the Treat Time Stamp Set and co-ordinating Petite Treats Framelits dies.

Now I know that you can easily make these treat pouches without a die as I have made them before. My argument however, is that these are very different, as there are 7 dies in the set where you can die cut 3 DIFFERENT SHAPES which you would find much more difficult to cut by hand, especially the lacy edged one. If you haven’t got these you just don’t know what you are missing!! Truly.

With autumn now upon us I chose to use the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper and die cut some leaf shapes to co-ordinate with it. The sentiments included in the Treat Time Stamp Set make this useful for me to use for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Get Well occasions, Thinking of You or just for treats at any time. I love a Bundle with many uses.

To make these treat pouches you only need a sheet of Designer Paper cut at 5 3/4 x 5 1/2″ (14.5 x 14 cm). I can make 4 of them from one sheet of 12 x 12 DSP and that makes it very economical.

Naturally the Nature’s Poem DSP includes autumn shades which are Blackberry Bliss, Cajun Craze, Grapefruit Grove, Mint Macaron, Petal Pink, Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede and Tranquil Tide. So a very good assortment for me to mix and match my treat pouches. Of course I could use just one or two of these ink colours if I choose if I didn’t have all the colours in my crafty stash.

I have made a video for you today to show just how easy they are to put together as well as unusual. They are sure to please any recipient. I am making these for my colleagues at work and added some chocolate Minstrels! YUM, yum in my tum!! Ha, Ha!
