Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
today’s amazing handmade card was a pleasure to make and the sentiments came from the new Enjoy Life Photopolymer Stamp Set. I used half a sheet of A4 Cardstock Petal Pink as my card base with a piece of Whisper White to stamp my images using Jet Black Stazon Ink.
After leaving it to dry for a few minutes I used my sponge daubers to go over the image of the lady using Petal Pink and So Saffron Ink. Before gluing it down onto my card base I used Petal Pink Ink and the image of the wild flowers and stamped the images at the edges on either side.
I wanted a stronger colour to stamp the sentiment “When you arise in the morning, think……….” so I used Cajun Craze Ink which complements the petal pink perfectly. The images in this Stamp Set are perfect to use for every day occasions in life. The images are indicated below if you would like to see them.
I used some of the Copper Metallic Thread and wound it around my fingers about five times and glued it down in a “figure of eight”. I used Stampin’ dimensionals and placed the stamped sentiment on top of my metallic thread.
I never forget to stamp the insides of all of my handmade cards with a sentiment and other images from the “Enjoy Life” Stamp Set onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock. I love these sentiments! It makes my card complete and so easy to give as a gift to someone I love.
