Mini Tissue Holder Memories | Artypaper Crafters

Hi my Stampin’ Friends,

I recently received a swap from my recent OnStage at Telford and it was so cute I had to replicate it. I was tidying up my crafting space and noticed my Memories and More Pack and wondered if I could make the Mini Tissue Holder using some of the cards.

I worked out the measurements by joining two of the cards together. It is so very easy to make and a sturdy packet for my handbag which I found extremely useful when I went away to a family wedding recently. It has also created another use for my Memories and More Pack, that I can make gift boxes too!!

I did cut a small sliver off each card cutting them to 5 1/4″ x 3 5/8″ (cut 2 of them) (13.3 x 9.2 cm). Score each piece of card on the short side at 1″ and 3 1/8″ (2.5 and 8 cm) and on the long side at 1″ (2.5 cm).

Alternatively, if you want to make this using one piece of Card stock or Designer Series Paper, which I have also tried, then you will need one piece of Card/DSP cut to 6 3/4″ x 5 1/4″ (17.5 x 13.3 cm). Score on the short side at 1″, 3 1/8″, 4 1/8″ and 6 1/4″ (2.5, 8, 10.5 and 16 cm). Score on the long side at 1″ (2.5 cm).

I added a piece of Designer Series Paper on the front of the box which measures 4 1/8″ x 2″ (10.5 x 5 cm). It really couldn’t be easier to make.

When I made up the box I punched a little semi-circle using my 3/4″ punch on the back at the top. That helps me to lift the tissues out easily. I hope you have enjoyed this project today and are inspired to make some of your own. (Video tutorial below).
