Handy Clip Board for Notebook and Pen

Hi my Stampin’ Friends,

today I have been making these gorgeous Clip Boards. I have recently been making some storage containers to hold all of my 6 x 6 Designer Papers and Embossing Folders. I had quite a few pieces left over from cutting my chipboard. (This chipboard/cardboard is usually at the back of all 12 x 12″ (30 x 30 cm) Packs of Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up!).

They can be used to make all sorts of useful things, from storage to mini folders and now of course, hand clip boards. They are so easy to make and provide a firm base to hold a notebook and pen. So handy to keep by your side around the house or on your travels.

Today’s video demonstrates how I used some of the All my Love Designer Series Paper to cover my chipboard, adding a small piece of elastic to hold the pen. Its just genius.

My husband recently gifted me one of these clipboards with a pretty notepad for Mother’s Day and it was then I realised I could create some of my own. Wonderful as gifts.

Don’t you just love these gorgeous daisy flowers that I created with the daisy punch after stamping with Melon Mambo/Calypso Coral Ink and the Daisy Delight Stamp Set. I do love a punch it makes life so easy and I love punching them out it’s just so much fun.
