Hi my Stampin Friends,
today’s fun card uses the FREE Sale-a-Bration Set called “So Hoppy Together“. This is such a fun stamp set which is perfect for young children’s cards or even just as a bit of fun to an adult, maybe a friend or colleague.
I wasn’t quite sure whether I would like this set or not, but once I started stamping these fun frog images with my black Memento Ink Pad and coloured them in with my Stampin’ Blends, then I knew that this made me happy.
Of course, its quite natural to colour the frogs using green Stampin’ Blends, and who was I to change that, after all they just didn’t look right coloured any other way. The images of the flies and butterfly just add to the charm of this set and there are three sentiments too. So I have used most of the images on my card that are in this set, as there are 9 images in total. As this is a FREE Sale-a-Bration Set with a qualifying order of £45 (50 US Dollars) then I obviously had to have it.
To co-ordinate with my green frogs I used a piece of Lemon Lime Twist card for the base adding two strips of the 2018-2020 In Color Designer Papers, the colour being Call me Clover. Don’t you think those little white dots look great against my stamped images?
After stamping and colouring my images with my blends I used my Black Stampin Write Marker and used the cap to flick some spots onto my white card. I just thought it made a difference to the finished design and I love it. A simple card to make and I am pleased with it.
