today’s project features a technique called “Simple Stamping” which literally means just that. Card, stamps and ink. Creating simple designs that require only “3 ingredients”. For complete beginners to paper crafting it shows just how easy it is to create projects that are really achievable for the novice.
I have used a half a sheet of cardstock to create this beautiful card measuring 8 1/4 x 5 3/4″, scored at 4 1/8″ on the long side and folded in half. The card layers are cut at 1/4″ smaller on each piece. The Stamp Set used is called “Lasting Lily”. The colours used on the cards featured in this post are Highland Heather, Old Olive, Balmy Blue, Lovely Lipstick and Calypso Coral. There are many colours to choose from and there is sure to be a favourite amongst them.
