Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
I recently placed a Stampin’ Up Order and chose the fabulous NEW FREE Sale-a-Bration Product called “Lots of Lavender”. Yes, I could choose this for FREE as my order was over £45. (There are lots of FREE Products to choose during Sale-a-Bration). You can order any Stampin’ Up Products through my Online Shop. Sale-a-Bration ends on the 31st March 2018. Such a bright and beautiful spray of flowers, as well as sentiments included in the Set.
Today I have teamed it together with the Ruffled Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to add lots of folding texture behind my flowers. I did experiment with this Set and after trying to watercolour, stamp or use my Stampin’ Blends, I found that I favoured the new Stampin’ Blends as I could put down as much or as little colour as I wanted. If I added a little too much colour then I used the Color Lifter Pen to take some colour away.
I finished the design by stamping some extra leaves at the sides to create a fuller spray effect. As I love to arrange fresh flowers this just looked more appealing to me personally. To create some extra bling on my project I added some of the beautifully sparkly Iridescent Sequins which for which I used my liquid glue, just a little spot in the places I wanted to adhere them to.
The floral spray was stamped on some Whisper White Cardstock using Black Memento Ink and left to dry before i used my Stampin’ Blends to colour in the images, I forgot to mention this before! Silly me!
I placed a piece of Rich Razzleberry Cardstock into the Ruffled Dynamic Embossing Folder and ran it through my Big Shot to create that beautiful texture. I am extremely pleased with my design and finished it off with two sentiments. Perfect.
